If I change the web port on the device to 8080, the port scan still shows port 80. When I do a portscan on the device I don't see the server or media ports, but I do see port 80. When I am on the local network and try to reach the device on port 80 through a web browser I get "unable to connect". It's almost as if the device is not serving any applications on the specified ports. Then when I try live view the green indicator goes away.Īlso, I like to use the "IP Camera Viewer" app on my android, and it can't see the cameras or device either, getting a message that it cannot connect to the hostname/port despite being on the same network. When I initially set up the device in Zosi View, I see a green indicator on the device, and then the 8 cameras are slowly listed. ![]() For the cloud option I am using the device ID as the cloud ID, and I have tried both my login credentials for zosi view, as well as the user accounts I set up on the device.
